It is hard to believe we just purchased our third home under the stewardship of Susie. This wad my first resale buy in a long time. The process is a bit different then a new home purchase. We appreciated the guidance and professionalism Susie provided. The contacts Susie and Maya have for minor repairs, cleaning, loans etc. went a long way in simplifying this purchase.

We absolutely adore Susie. She has been our realtor through some of the biggest chapters of our lives. She helped us find a home when we first relocated to Apex in 2007. We sold that home and found another home in 2014, and she is now guiding us through the process of building and selling in 2026. At this point, she feels more like family than a realtor. What makes Susie special is that she is both direct and deeply supportive. She gives honest guidance, answers every question, and somehow always seems to be thinking three steps ahead. Time and time again, she has raised questions and considerations we never would have thought to ask ourselves. It’s always clear that she is looking out for our best interests. Buying, selling, and building homes can be emotional and overwhelming, but Susie has a way of making us feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the process. We have trusted her for nearly 20 years for a reason. We’re incredibly grateful for her and recommend her without hesitation.

Maya was great to meet with. When she passed us along to Susie it was nothing but great as well. The constant communication before we saw any houses to when we came in town and set a record on the number of houses we saw in two days. I would recommend anyone looking to relocate to the area to use them.
