Susie was our realtor when we bought a new house seven years ago, so we knew we wanted her to list our house and help us with the buying process when it was time to move again. On the selling end, she sent us comps to educate us as to what was out there and the selling prices and we quickly came to an agreement on the listing price. Her advice for staging our house was spot-on and it sold very quickly for asking price. On the buying side, she quickly understood what we were looking for both in a particular neighborhood and in a house. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the market, availability, and willingness to look at house after house with us until we found "the one" was key.
