Susie and her husband, Charley, brought their real estate combined expertise to the forefront when marketing and selling my re-modeled condo at Sun City Center. They knew the Kings Point market and suggested a healthy but competitive list price. We received a full-price offer within three days of going on the market; when the buyer backed out on day 15 of a 10-day inspection period, Susie made sure I was able to keep the escrow deposit and quickly returned the property to the MLS. It received another offer again quickly, and Susie kept me apprised of the sale's progress through escrow up through the closing date. Not only would I use the Collins team again--I am doing so even as I write this!

It would take too long to tell my story but during our move my husband became seriously ill, and Susie our real estate agent way far and above but any realtor they ever do for someone!
