Susie has over 21 years of experience working in the mortgage industry; from processing, to underwriting, to credit risk. Because she has represented both ends of the transaction, she has a comprehensive understanding of the home buying process which gives her clients a unique advantage. After her third daughter was born, Susie made the strategic decision to leave corporate America to focus on family while maintaining her passion of helping others in all areas of home ownership – from investments to finding her client’s first home. She empathizes with the excitement real estate brings, as she has personally invested in multiple rental properties and uses her first-hand knowledge to teach others the best way to optimize cash flow & home equity.
