Susanne was an incredibly dedicated agent and we were lucky to have her on our side for what became a tumultuous purchasing experience. In the looking phase, she was really quick to get us in to view our interested properties and when it was time to put in an offer she was on it. We had a lender who wasn't entirely transparent on what he was going through to get our loan approved. What should have taken a month turned into 3 with crazy ups and downs (where it seemed entirely unlikely we would get approved), emotional reactions and demands from the seller having also been strung along, and Susanne was there for us at every step of the way. We even came to the point where we were leaving the country for a month, the sale was still uncertain, and we had to move out of our apartment regardless of what we would come back to. She let us park our car at her house for the month since we could not park at the property, and offered to take care of settling our tenants and signing leases with them in our stead! We couldn't have trusted her more. She is genuine and kind and I would highly recommend her to guide you through a successful buying experience!
