We began renting a property through Susie 2 years ago and had such a good experience we decided to commit to renting the property the following winter. The property had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home from flowers and chocolate to welcome us to a fully stocked kitchen and lovely hand soap and paper goods in all the bathrooms. The pool was fabulous and the outdoor eating area was a favorite of our family and friends. Susie is a consummate professional and handled our requests (mostly on how to work the appliances to replacing lightbulbs) quickly and efficiently. So when when we decided to purchase a seasonal home in our rental’s neighborhood we instinctively turned to Susie. Despite issues around the pandemic, Susie’s knowledge of the area market, her drive and energy led directly to our purchase of the perfect house. Sales negotiations and closing process was as smooth as possible. Susie guided us each step of the way. Susie will always be our realtor of choice.

Susi did a great job advising us on the properties we were interested in purchasing.
