Her knowledge of processes combined with people skills enabled our purchase of our dream home at a fair price. Escrow was smooth with all our questions and concerns answered in a way we understood. As our buyer's agent, Susanne negotiated a great price. She responds to texts very quickly and usually calls back in addition to texting. Susanne researchs the properties that we were interested in; and makes sure that there were no surprises. When I texted her at 6am asking her to get us an appointment to see a property, she had it set up by mid morning and an offer in by mid afternoon. Even our sellers loved her and would call her rather than their own realtor for advice, which was fine with that realtor.
We really wanted a specific house that had sat on the market for almost 90+ days. There was this small window where the rates were just right to make an offer and Susanne moved quickly to help us close in less than 30 days. We hired her on a Thursday and by the next Tuesday we had an offer accepted. We had keys 14 days after that. We were thrilled and glad that she took the time to answer all our questions and help us understand the process.
First and foremost, Susanne was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I spent a good amount of time educating ourselves on the market and felt like we were knowledgeable first time buyers. What we did not know or understand were the ins-and-outs of making a good offer and we struggled communicating with a prior realtor we worked with. Susanne was referred to us and came in ready to help us understand how we could make a competitive offer on the house we really wanted. She immediately got to work with our mortgage broker and was always proactive in communicating directly with the broker and circling back with us to make sure we were comfortable with the process. Due to her expertise, great communication, and positive attitude we got the house and feel amazing about the price/outcome she negotiated for us. She was always available and present throughout the process and consistently followed up with us to ensure we had what we needed. I would refer/recommend Susanne to anyone. Her professionalism and friendly personality made working with her a joy.
