I attempted to view a property and after...
I attempted to view a property and after several emails, I was informed that I would be required to have proof of cash to buy the particular property before I would be allowed to see it. I was made to feel as if I was somehow trying to scope out and case the house. This agent would not even answer any questions about specific details much less find out for me without proof that I had cash to buy. I decided the property wasn't worth the trouble. Maybe it was just me, but I am not a thug. I just want to buy a house.
