My wife & I needed to maximize the return from the sale as the destination Washington UT area inflated faster than NH. Susanna was fantastic with appraising the potential of the property & recommending a course of action toward the highest sale price, It was time consuming, yet well worth the process. We followed all of her recommendations & that of her stager. The drone images were fantastic at portraying the forested area behind our property that was protected by the NH DEP. Our neighbors were amazed that the entire neighborhood was encircled by buyers lined up to see the property! We interviewed at least 5 prospective agents. She was the best in all areas, We had a concern about the process as we bought the home in 1985. My wife & I both have brain injuries, have good & bad days. She was extremely patient with our sometimes repeated questions & home spruce-up delays caused by family issues. She completely delivered on the process she proposed!
