Working with Susana was great, both in selling our condo and buying our new house! When we experienced an unexpected slow period for condo sales in our otherwise desirable neighborhood just as we listed our condo, Susana went into overdrive and held open houses every weekend until we got a great offer. Then, when our buyer experienced unexpected financing issues, she went above and beyond, making sure that he connected with a new broker so that he'd still be able to purchase our condo and we wouldn't have to go back to the drawing board. We were concurrently looking for a larger home and she was incredibly on top of the offer process. I'm somewhat convinced that she doesn't sleep because it didn't matter the time of day, she got documentation to us incredibly quickly. We definitely recommend working with Susana!

One of the things I found to be the most helpful when dealing with Susana was her quick response and actions. The area she helped me get into is extremely competitive and weekday or weekend, she made herself available which ended up locking me into a highly desirable townhome. Super courteous and professional.
