Due to HVAC (2 air conditioners) not working on a condo purchase in Scottsdale, AZ the sale had to be carefully negotiated as the sellers were profit driven and not actually concerned about the issue. With Suzy being an expert at guiding real estate transactions after a couple decades in the field, both the sellers and ourselves came to a happy agreement in price and other details.

No question that she knew the area in which our condo was located. Appreciated her promptness in responding to our inquiries, attention to detail, and getting things done in a timely manner. Language was sometimes a bit troublesome but did not present any roadblocks to our overall communications and understanding all that was necessary throughout the process.
