Stop looking for a real estate agent! We met Susana and her team this past summer after deciding it was time to sell our home and find a new one. It wasn't a small task and we had a lot of bumps along the way. No matter how many headaches and issues came up Susana was there to answer our questions, overcome the issues, and without ever batting an eye. We first had to find a buyer for our home which needed a good amount of work. In the height of covid-19 she managed to find an awesome buyer who then bought over what we were asking. When it then came time to find a house we had already had a good idea of what we wanted. The property that we wanted was bank owned and was a very complicated difficult process. Thankfully again, Susana and her team worked non stop on it and got everything done. We ended up closing both properties and moving in on the same day.
