Good Morning from Taft St. Let's review. 4 years ago I bought this lovely cottage in Chesterton so I could live near my adorable new grandson. I wasn't ready to sell my dream home south of the river in Lawrence County so I rented it to two of my favorite people. My tenant has gotten a great job in Louisville and will be able to give his young family a better life. Since I live HERE, and my life is HERE, I decided to sell that place in Southern Indiana. It sold in 5 days and now I only own one house and have my feet firmly planted here, 5 miles from Lake Michigan and my grand babies. Thank you to so many people for making this transition happen, but top of the list is my Lawrence County realtor, Susan Reuter Wykoff of Williams Carpenter Realtors, Bedford, IN. She helped me find and buy it, and now she helped me sell it. Godspeed and best of luck and thanks to Patrick and Andy Gould, for loving that house as much as I did and keeping it safe and beautiful. One of the best things about this summer project was that I got to stay with my dear gardening friend Gail Woodruff while I worked on and arranged things on the house.
