About five years ago, Susan was our agent when we purchased this home. When the time came to sell our home, we reached out to her and from that point forward, it was smooth sailing. Susan advised us on every aspect on getting our home ready to go on the market, and get us top dollar for our home. Susan was very thorough with the entire process and had our best interest in mind at every step of the process. When we were staging our home, Susan went out of her way to make sure that our home presented well. Her expertise was key to our home bringing in top dollar offers. Knowing how busy we were, she took care of everything that we simply didn't have the time for. Susan made sure to schedule pictures, and touch ups to our property. Once it was time for our open house, Susan made sure that we only needed to be out of our home for the minimal amount of time. This was greatly appreciated since we have two young children. Overall, Susan was great to work with. She always makes sure that you, the client, has their needs met. Our experience with her was so great, we had her represent us again when we purchased our home a few weeks later.

Ms Susan is an Ever-ready Bunny. She gets the job done! She is knowledgeable and experience in the world of realtor state. I give her 5 stars and above for working with me and my daughter. Patience, responsiveness, expertise, you name it, she has it. Even when the sale was done, she still followed our progress and assistant in whatever we needed. she is now a great friend and a professional and we appreciate all the hard work she put forth for us to purchase our dream home.
