Both me (the seller) and the buyer were out of state for the home sale and there were tons of hoops to jump through from repairs to timelines on the buyers end and sue handled everything so professionally and executed this sale perfectly. I wish I had used her for the other sale of my house as well she is so knowledgeable and precise with her work.
