After interviewing Susan I was pleased with her communication about local market conditions,trends and staging ideas. My wife and I spent considerable time and effort the year before making the house turn key move in ready for prospective buyers. Susan made a major effort taking superb pictures and putting together a complete marketing portfolio package that included giving the house a dedicated web address. That drove a considerable amount of traffic and click through activity. Susan updated us regularly without prompting which I appreciated immensely. In very short order we noticed many saved searches and click thrus on the house. Best news of all was Susan found a buyer within two months of listing start date and extremely close to the listing price.
