I highly recommend Sue Tobin! Sue was so incredibly helpful, she knew exactly what needed to be done. We sold our house through Sue and she went above and beyond, we especially were grateful for such wonderful communication - we were aware of what was happening and what to expect. We had a ridiculously short timeframe and not only did Sue sell our house within that timeframe, she got us exactly the amount we had expected. If you are looking to buy or sell, you should absolutely go with Sue Tobin.
