Susan was wonderful to work with!! Through a "down-to-the-wire" closing (due to financing delays from USDA for our buyer) Susan was managing through the situation, providing consistant updates and helping eveyone get their items together on-time. Again, she was fantastic to work with, and would do it again in a heart-beat!!

Susan introduced herself to me with a marketing analysis of my home before I had decided to list it for sale. I liked her professional and forthright demeanor. I subsequently in the following spring listed my home sale with her during a difficult national economical recovery period. Her knowledge of the immediate neighborhood was a definite plus as well as being a resource for me with other professionals such as home inspectors, etc. She represented me quite well throughout the process of selling.

Sue was fantastic to work with. She was our buyers agent for our recent home purchase and made the process very quick and painless, while makign sure that we understood everything 100% before we signed anthing. She was great with teaching us how to negotiate and making sure that our interstests were protected. She also helped us get our condo rented much quicker than i thought was possible. I can not say a bad thing about Sue, she is fantastic.

This my first time buying a house and Susan Thibeault made it an easy process. She was very helpful and answered any question I had. I had always heard from Family and Friends what a stressful process it was purchasing a house, I did not have that experience with the help from Susan. I am a public school teacher and I will recommend Susan Thibeault to all my collegues.
