Susan is the person that found the home that we purchased. We drove to Sumerset and she arranged for my wife and I to tour all of the homes we wanted to see. She prearranged everything with the listing agents and we probably toured 6 or 7 homes that day. We settled on the last one we toured and Susan was very involved with the purchase and closing processes between the lender and the title company. One huge benefit that Susan provided was her ability to communicate with the listing realtor and her own network to provide us with recommendations for contractors to make the needed repairs to the house. We were able to start the renovations needed within 3 weeks of closing and the contractors that were recommended were very reliable. She also provided us with the names and phone numbers of all the utility companies to get everything transferred over to our accounts. In short, Susan not only provided excellent customer service up to the closing of the property, she also continued to provide much needed support, post closing, to make sure that we could move into our new home ASAP.
