Susan works very hard for her clients. She is attentive to all phone calls!!! She knows the real estate market in the greater Atlanta area. We have used her to purchase two homes and to sell one home. We were able to sell our home at a higher price than expected. I would highly recommend her.
Susan goes above and beyond for her clients. She won't stop until you're in the house of your dreams
Susan is very knowledgeable in market trends. Additionally, her expertise and easy professionalism provided us the opportunity to quickly find and close on our home.
Susan Taylor of Smyrna is awesome. She was great because she Worked hard at getting us everything she thought we were entitled to on the sale of our house. Our house sold for higher than any house in the neighborhood and we were able to walk away without even having to pay closing costs. This was the case because we thoroughly researched the comps. I definitely recommend Susan for all of your real estate needs!
Susan is amazing and one tough negotiator!!! She really goes to bat for her clients and always has their best interests at heart. She did a great job helping us purchase our townhome and is now helping us sell ours. Born & raised in Atlanta so she knows the city very well. I would HIGHLY recommend Susan Taylor!!!
