Susan was my listing agent 6 years ago and a few months ago she was my agent in the purchase of my new home. I’ve recommended her to several people and they’ve all been just as thrilled as I was. Susan knows her stuff and works hard to get the best deal for her clients. When working with buyers, she comes prepared with an abundance of properties to view and does her research. Once inside she’d point certain things out that I wouldn’t have realized until I was living in the house- things that would have been detrimental- even though she knew it would mean no sale. She truly wants the best for her clients and gives 100%. She worked with my closing agents and insurance agent to help me when I was too busy at work. She’s a great negotiator and was able to get me an extra several thousand dollars off after the inspection. Susan was on top of things throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Susan. When I was selling my house Susan went out of her way, above & beyond what any other realtor would’ve done. I had already moved out of state and Susan did things like arrange for fresh mulch to be delivered and touch up chipped paint on the iron gate to give the house the most curb appeal. She was so conscientious and did everything she could to make the sale happen ASAP. I’ve worked with other Realtors prior to Susan and she is hands-down the BEST! I don’t think there are enough words to describe how impressed and grateful I am for the quality and care that Susan gave to us during our purchasing experience! We were coming into the market from out of state to find an investment property and a place for a couple of our adult children to live.
