We used Susan as our realtor both for buying and selling our home twice. She was so great at keeping us within our budget when buying and also representing us in negotiating and closing. She went above and beyond when looking at houses to make it easier on us, and really helped us in thinking of pros and cons about things when we asked. As far as selling goes, she did comps and said she’d list our second house for $20,000-$30,000 more than the other 2 “big company realtors” we talked to recommended. And we are SO glad she did!!! It sold in 4 days and we made money on a house we’d only been in for 2 years. The move was unexpected and she made everything about it easier. The first move, our house was in an expensive neighborhood with high HOA and she still helped us make top dollar and it sold within a month! We were thrilled with what she was able to get us. We can’t say enough good things about her. She will make this a good experience, less stressful, and help explain anything you need along the way! We’ve had other realtors out of state and before we knew Susan and we can truly say we’ve seen the difference Susan makes. If you want the best price and the least amount of stress- choose her!!
