Susan (Susie) Blackwell

I recently sold a house in Los Lunas, New Mexico using Susan as my realtor. We closed escrow in July and I can say now that it was a long process. The house was on the market back in April and for 1 1/2 months did not receive one single offer even though the house was redone in various parts that needed repairing and looked really good. I have to say that although I was discouraged Susan kept propping me up with confidence and sure enough two solid offers came in within a week of each other. She put in a lot of time in making sure that the house was in the best condition for selling and considering I live in California I really had to depend on her more than the average seller and she did not let me down. Her due diligence in wanting the best for me paid off and she will show that same hustle and due diligence for any other future clients.

Susie Blackwell worked hard for which turned out to be a very messy situation on the other side of the transaction. She got it closed in the end and protected me from getting taken advantage of
