Sue was wonderful. I expect a lot from my business transactions, and Sue delivered! And this was not the easiest of homes to place on the market. My dad had passed and the home was dirty and full of decades of stuff. And Sue simply showed up, each day, with her slaves rolled up and her gloves on and we went to work. She did much more of the cleaning and organizing than I did TBA. She was always positive and upbeat. And, she knew a TON of people who were able to either come and help or that I could hire to complete some the work - and they were all awesome. Thank you Sue!! You were a godsend.

Sue thoroughly guided us from beginning to end. Starting with emptying the house, Sue connected us with people and places to distribute items we wouldn't be keeping (kindly doing a good bit of the distribution herself!). She was able to find us contractors quickly and affordably to freshen our walls and floors. She patiently and clearly explained the many documents we had to negotiate and made it so easy for us to complete same. When it came time for open house, she put her simple but elegant touches all about our home, making it so welcoming. Once the bids were in, she helped us understand the financial and timeliness factors of each, making the choice of our home's new owners easy and well informed. Sue's professionalism and experience were so comforting during what seemed an interminable wait between the purchase and sale agreement and the closing. Throughout the experience her confidence, knowledge and upbeat attitude made a pretty horrible event very doable. I can only hope to find an agent who will come even close to Sue Sullivan's calibre when I try to find my next home. She's an exceptional person and agent!
