Do not let the straight – five star rating mislead you into thinking that I did not consider each question before giving a score. Sue truly did excel on each of those points with my recent home purchase. I am grateful that I stumbled upon Sue by way of an Internet search. I am completely new to the Oxnard/Ventura area, so I was completely at the mercy of whatever real estate agent I selected. After just one telephone consultation, I met with Sue and we reviewed several properties, each of which matched my criteria well. Sue earned my trust to the point that I was able to ask her to put in an offer on a property that I had not even seen, because I valued her expertise so much.<br/><br/>From the date of my initial phone call to her until the date of close, I would say about six weeks passed.
