When she would send properties through the portal for review, she would include helpful notes to each property she sent my way. When we started looking at properties, she made sure I had all the details and had answers to my many questions. If she wasn’t sure of the answer (which was rare, she knows so much!), she would research and find the answer! She always had my best interests in mind, making sure to share properties within my budget range. Not only did she have all the details/information, but she was very responsive. She was there and GREAT every step of the process, from the initial search to closing. There is not a better realtor out there than Susan, I can’t thank her enough for helping me find my dream home!
