Susan worked with us starting remotely and then extensively when we got to the area. She helped us define what we were looking for and then found numerous possibilities for us to view. She did FaceTime walkthroughs when we were not able to get to showings. Susan also attended the multiple “Final” inspections we had with the builder. Her knowledge and detailed inspections ensured we bought a quality house with issues fixed before closing. When there were paperwork issues with the title company and lender, Susan stayed with us for the entire 4+ hours it took to get corrected. Can’t ask for a more dedicated and supportive agent. If we sell our house in the future, we know who will be our representative. And this is the person we would refer to others.
