I put my aunt's estate up for sale with Susan in the middle of February and since I lived in Florida and had limited funds I was not able to devote the time or money in much needed renovations. Although the house was to close in the beginning of April there were issues with the probate and she was able to hold these buyers interest until the issues were worked out in the middle of May.
