Susan was amazing. My husband and I decided to buy our first home together in early 2022 when the market was insane. Many people told me that we were crazy and we were going to overpay on a home and we would be “house poor” before we could even make the home our own due to all the additional money we would have to offer above list price and above the appraisal value in order to buy a home in that market. They were wrong. Susan not only found us our dream home, she got us our home under list price and we had instant equity when the home appraised above the purchase price.
