Last summer after my brother passed away, I was put in the situation of having to sell his house. I am not from the Kansas City area and really didn't know who to reach out to. I happened to see several calendar magnets on the refrigerator that Sue sends out which my brother had saved. I took a chance to see who Sue was and called. I live in Washington State, so I didn't have the luxury of being able to work on the weekends getting the home ready to sell. Sue and I stayed in close contact from our first meeting through the closing. Sue offered to stop by to assure me the home was safe. In times when I didn't know who to reach out to for various quotes for work I needed to have completed, Sue was there to provide professional contacts who did great doing the jobs I hired them to complete. A couple of times work needed to be done while I was not in town. Sue made herself available to assure the contractors had access and completed their work. Dealing with your only sibling's death isn't easy. Over the past 6 months, Sue's words of encouragement as improvements were made on the house helped me keep going forward in the process. I am so appreciative that by chance I decided to call that number on the magnet because looking back over the time I had to prepare the house for sale, there is no way I could have found a better real estate agent. I thank Sue for all she has done to help me get this part of my brother's estate completed.
