Susan has been a real blessing to our family! Not only did she help our son and daughter-in-law find that perfect first house a couple of years ago, she recently listed and sold my 90-year-old mother’s home in South Orlando after she moved into an independent living apartment. Susan is there with the buyer, or seller, every step of the way, and she goes above and beyond the typical call-of-duty for a realtor! When pictures needed taking, she staged and took them. When weeds needed pulling in the front and back yards, she pulled them. When bushes needed to be trimmed, she trimmed them. When the pool was having issues, she and her husband, took care of it. When papers needed signing, she took them to my mom to sign. When closing was delayed month after month after month, Susan was on top of what needed to get done and was with us every step of the way. Susan worked hand-in-hand with myself and with my mother to get the house SOLD. Susan is an amazing realtor, a hard worker, offers sound advice, is knowledgeable of the industry, and works well with aging seniors. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Moving to Florida from California, I had no idea where to begin to look for a home in Central Florida. I had very specific criteria for my new home which Susan followed impeccably. Susan spent many hours showing me homes (new and gently used) so I could get a sense of immediate availability and she could further understand my taste/desires. Susan documented each visit with notes to refer back to when it was time to narrow the options. Susan was always mindful of available inventory and communicating timely due to the hot market in Orlando. Her patience and dedication throughout my search was greatly appreciated until I finally found "the one." She assisted in the home buying, lending, and closing process and knew where we were (or would reach out to the various parties for updates.) This allowed me to focus on closing up in California knowing Susan was my eyes and ears on the ground in Orlando. In the end, Susan provided me with an organizer on the home I purchased which consisted of many important documents and information to help me as I settled into my new home. Prior to ever finding a home, she provided us with literature that she had put together to help us with the many questions that arise during the home search and buying process. She encouraged us to ask any questions at any time and was very prompt with clarification of any information we didn't understand. When we finally found a home, Susan was prompt to contact the seller and had everything prepared for us and ready to begin the offer. With out going into detail, we were very pleased with her efforts and the results of her expertise. There are so many moving parts when purchasing a home. Susan has a great team that she works with for every aspect of the home purchasing process, from inspectors, to lenders, to insurance agents. She will give you information on all those moving pieces, however, she encourages you to seek who you're comfortable with. Well, even her recommendations were great! Susan and her team are the total package. This was the most comfortable experience all the way through. We are very happy with our purchase. She is great and such a pleasure to work with.
