We were relocating from California to Florida. Susan was the real estate agent referred to us by our company. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism was greatly appreciated during this extremely stressful time. Regardless of timezone differences, Susan was always available for our many questions. She always stayed with in our requested budget, never pushing us to look beyond our price range. But in this crazy market, Susan did open our eyes to the reality of what we were facing. Susan planned out our visit to Florida, taking us around all of Orlando to areas that fit our family’s needs. Our weekend visit was scheduled with viewings of homes, checking out neighborhoods and getting an over all feel for Florida. Susan was confident and we found our home two months shy of our big move. She worked very hard to get us into escrow and close in a timely manner. We know we were not the only clients Susan was working with during this busy market season, yet her dedication to us, her knowledge of the area and her confidence helping us find our home was incredible. Susan was the best! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Susan was knowledgeable of the areas and took us all around Central Florida looking at homes. We saw 25 different home in 5 days. We were together all day everyday, she was a trooper. She brought snacks and water for our long days checking out houses. The process was easy and stress free. The hardest part was playing the waiting game to hear back on offers. She was clear and honest the entire time. We are from out of state and we have some family members who are interested in moving to Florida. She’s already met my father-in-law and he really likes her! She really is the best. She also gave us a book of our home with all our information. I was beyond impressed with this book, so was our pest inspector. He saw the book on the counter and and asked about it. I opened the book to show him and told him what Susan had gave us. He just replied with, wow! He said I’m thorough but this is impressive. I said that’s Susan. She will go above and beyond for you. The list of things she did for my family and I are endless. We were coming from out of state so our home in Florida was vacant for 30 days before we were able to move in. Susan checked on our house did some cleaning inside our house had people mow our lawn twice that month and she continuously throughout the month drove by our house to make sure everything was looking great. Would your realtor do that for you and your family? Susan did for mine. Susan is not just one of the great realtors out there she’s also now our friend. Susan was our agent for the purchase of our house and was fantastic! She listened to our wants and needs, didn't waste our time, and was able to help us secure a home in one weekend! She is very knowledgeable about the area and was great at providing important information for us as we are from out of state. In addition, she is super knowledgeable about the whole process! She kept on top of the title company, the loan company and even the electric company, holding our hand through it all. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

This was the first time I have ever purchased a home and dealt with a realtor. Therefore I cannot rate Susan according with other realtors but I think one would be hard pressed to find someone to top her. Throughout the process of purchasing the home she found for me, Susan was always extremely professional but also a very pleasant and upbeat person to deal with. When I got down about losing the homes I really wanted, she would assure me, "something better will come along." Boy, was she right! Susan also was someone I knew ALWAYS "had my back." For a newbie in home buying she let me know what technical things needed to be done to make sure the home I was looking at passed certain inspections. She was very patient when I peppered her with questions, even when she had to repeat things I could not rap my head around. After purchasing my dream home, Susan even left some chocolates in the kitchen as a house warming gift. It was just such little things, that have an "old school charm", that makes her an incomparable realtor.

We have known Susan for over 10 years, She started out as our Realtor and turned into one of our best friends. My Husband and I have bought and sold several homes through Susan. She always put our interest above her own. She always goes the extra mile or two and is always there when we needed her.
