Since I was not a resident of California, it was very helpful to have Susan as my agent as she knew everything about what needed to be done to sell the house located in the Fountain Valley area. She always had someone who she could refer to get various tasks done in order to put the house on the market. Susan was very prompt to answer phone calls or emails and was always willing to have meetings at the house in order to give professional advice in person. They were phenomenal in every way, from our first contact via phone and email through the closing this week.
