Susan helped the tenant with this property

Susan Ryan is a total professional with heart. We have rented our house in both summer and winter months through her, and could not be more satisfied. She knows the local real estate market thoroughly, knows how to show your home to best advantage, and knows how to judge the best renters or buyers for you. She generously gives tips on how to upgrade without too much outlay, and throws herself into projects: last summer she pitched right in helping us rearrange our furniture and belongings to be more impressive. She has an excellent team behind her: a partner to be there if she can't, an outstanding photographer, and all the resources of Corcoran to do what needs to be done with contracts, etc. She also helps you if you need someone to be there at your home or to find someone with a particular skill, such as a handyman or carpenter--a quality that is invaluable when you live far away as we do, on the West Coast. We recommend her unreservedly and with enthusiasm.
