My husband and I moved to town from out of state knowing very little about the area, what to expect in our new town, and what we should be looking for when it came to finding our new home. She walked through each house with a great level of detail, showing us both positives and negatives of each house we toured. She took the time to discuss location of homes in relation to local attractions and schools, which helped us select a home in our price range and in a great school district. We felt informed throughout the entire process despite being in a different time zone and several hundred miles away. If we had to do it all over again, we'd make the same choice in working with Susan. We are so grateful for her, her knowledge, and her expertise of the area and the real estate market!
