Susan was just WONDERFUL to work with. We've worked with a few other agents in the process, and Susan was the only one that GOT. IT. DONE. We were first time homebuyers and Susan wasn't phased at all by this. She patiently worked with us through all the ups and downs, and when we needed a break, that was ok too. She answered all the questions a first time homebuyer naturally has, and went well over and beyond for us! She is extremely responsive, no matter when we contacted her, weekends, late night, didn't matter, she would answer. If you are looking for an agent, that has a lot of experience, has seen it all, and has the perfect balance of assertiveness without being pushy, go with Susan.
