We had a very unique situation with our home sell. We were selling our home and buying a new build. We had to time it perfectly in order to not have any overlap or time between sells. Susan knee exactly when we should list it in order to be sure it would sell in time. She also provided a lot of helpful suggestions on how we should de clutter or organize our space to appeal to buyers. In the end we received an all cash offer with a 10 day close. Susan was also able to draft a contract to the buyers that allowed us to stay in our home until our new build was ready. The buyers were not the easiest to work with, but Susan handled it with grace and completely took all the stress off our shoulders! She also represented us in the purchase of our new home and was able to negotiate with the builders to waive a $2,500 fee since there was delay in our loan process and we weren’t able to move in on our expected date. End to end it was a smooth process for us but we know Susan worked so hard to get our home sold and to get us in our dream house! Although I hope to never have to move again, I would chose Susan as our realtor over again! 5 stars!!!
