Please read this review in its entirety, its important that you understand the magnitude of the service that we received. My wife and I found a home that was listed FSBO. I was concerned going into a real estate transaction without someone to represent me that is abreast of everything that it takes to make a home purchase successful and seamless. Susan had helped my wife and I in purchasing and selling a previous home and our experience was both enjoyable and seamless. When I called her concerning this home, she immediately offered to represent us in our next purchase. She became the driving force that ultimately orchestrated putting us in our new home. She literally took the reigns and worked tirelessly from initial negotiations all the way up to closing. – We experienced a couple issues. First the appraisal company who our lender chose, poorly evaluated the property. This of course caused issues with our finance company. Susan recognized immediately that the appraisal company didn’t correctly conduct the appraisal. She then went to work essentially doing the appraisal work herself. She researched and obtained correct comps with the correct bedrooms and bathrooms and was able to have the appraisal re-evaluated. This brought our financing back in line and allowed us to ultimately close on the property. She also monitored all our banking correspondence and made sure that they rectified all of their errors, of which were many. – She literally is the only reason we are in the home we chose for our family. There is a reason that she has been a staple in Real Estate in NE Ok for over 40 years. It is because she takes exceptional care of her customers!! For me and my family when it comes to real estate, there is no other broker!
