Susan Queno helped the reviewer sell this property

Exceeded our expectations. Experience and expertise matters.

Susan’s experience led to my wife and I receiving offers as high as $30,000 over asking price in 5 days. She had a clear plan and was knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. She presented the options without being pushy or intrusive. We always felt at ease with Susan. She was always available for any questions. We always felt comfortable asking anything. We always felt that Susan was on our side. She had a clear plan but always made us feel that we were in control. Because of Susan’s experience, we sold our home for more than expected and saved $105,000 when buying our new home. Experience and expertise really does matter.
