Susan played an enormous role in everything leading up to that -- most notably, dealing with the contractors who prepared it for sale. This lasted for many months and was excruciating. I appreciated Susan very much during this process. Susan's initial presentation during which she educated me about the process and what to expect was excellent. I had experience selling houses, and her straightforward professional approach was the best. Susan also handled a potentially awkward situation very professionally : her company worked with contractors. Based on her recommendation, I hired them and had a terrible experience with them. Susan remainced straightforward, clear and professional throughout this experience. At times, she served as my advocate. At other times, she represented Century 21 which had a business relationship with the contracting company. She navigated this in a fair and reasonable way. The bottom line was that she was always calm, clear and professional, and she got results. I did not meet any other Century 21 New Millennium staff, but I did meet the Curbio contractors with whom Century 21 New Millennium works -- and whom the company strongly recommended. If Century 21 New Millennium continues to work with Curbio, I would be highly motivated to discourage anyone from working with Century 21 New Millennium."
