She was very clear-eyed in setting a selling price, but pushed to keep our price up at my prodding. Throughout escrow she moved rapidly and efficiently , all the while working to maximize my bottom line. Sometimes she had to keep my focus on work that had to be taken care of, even though I was sometimes reluctant to do so. in handling the myriad details in that process/ All in all a good experience!
