She makes sure to take the time not just to get to know what you're looking for, but find out things that most buyers would never think of. We had a unique situation with our mortgage because my wife is a physician, and we were using a physicians loan with 100% financing. Susan made sure to learn about that and how it would impact our negotiation strategy with the seller, appraisal, etc. As the expert, she did give recommendations on how to approach the offer, but when we wanted to go with a different strategy, she didn't push back, she just executed, and thankfully it worked out. We really appreciate that she worked so hard for us, and with us. We've heard from other people that it felt like their realtor didn't listen to them, that was definitely not the case with Susan.
