Amazing Experienced Agent

We were very fortunate to work with Susan on looking for our retirement home. She understood our need to downsize to a 1 floor ranch house that would work for us as we get older. Her communication with us was clear and timely. Questions were answered promptly if known or researched and discussed. She was great at getting paperwork in on time with the mortgage company so that closing was not delayed. Susan did such a great job that we hired her to sell our current home. She showed up prepared with the market analysis, and a marketing plan. Great agent and very personable.
