My focus is the Active Adult, Plus 55 age group communities. In the north Denver metro area we have three amazing neighborhoods that serve the +55 market. Skyestone, located on the West side of Broomfield, Anthem Ranch in North Central Broomfield and Heritage Todd Creek Golf community in Thornton. All these neighborhoods have a vibrant pallet of events, clubs and educational programs. So many of my fellow "Baby Boomer's" are moving to Colorado for the weather, lifestyle and main floor living homes.
