My family has a friend for life with Susan. We met her professionally, she tirelessly and enthusiastically showed us home after home after HOME, until we found what was perfect for us. Not only is Susan quite literally the sweetest woman I have ever met, she knows everyone! She has "a guy" for anything you'll need regarding your home. There has been more than one occasion that I have called for some sort of maintenance that had to happen almost immediately in order to meet a closing deadline and was told "for a friend of Susan's, I'll get out there first thing," and usually for a cheaper rate!
