Susan was our agent a few years ago when we were buying our first home in the Catskills, and I cannot say enough good things about her. We knew zero about the process and Susan was patient, kind, and a skilled negotiator. Since we’d only lived in cities, Susan also helped us understand things we wouldn’t normally think about, like snow plowing and heating costs, etc. Susan was a dream to work with and now that we are looking for another home in Dutchess County, all we do is compare our agent to Susan and wish we could work with Susan again. We would highly highly recommend her to everyone!
