I first met Susan before we were considering selling our house but I had a question about whether or not we should consider a certain improvement. Both their suggestions for an asking price were almost the same. Susan gave us very practical suggestions for what we needed to do to get the house ready. As soon as the house listed we had a huge number of showings as well as an open house. We got regular feed back about the showings. Susan always was available to answer any questions or to follow up on any concerns. Susan was able to refer us to providers who could take care of issues such as radon remediation.
