Susan was a great blessing! My husband and I were moving from the east coast to Orange County and Susan helped make the transition a smooth one. We knew that we wanted to be near the coast but we were working under a budget, and had very specific needs for a new home. We gave ourselves 45 days to find a house and close escrow… not an easy task for anyone much less someone who is only flying in to see prospective houses. Susan did all the leg work for us and when we arrived she had previewed all of the homes that met our requirements, and she had very specific recommendations for our limited time in California. Needless-to-say, we found our dream home however the snags weren’t over. Our lender was faltering on closing escrow in time, so Susan stepped in with one of her contacts and we actually funded five days early! This saved us money and we had access to our property before the movers arrived! To top it off, Susan negotiated a sell price below asking, and then surprised us by negotiating another $5,000 toward closing costs and repairs on an “As Is” property. We are impressed with the quality and level of service provided by Susan. We thought she was warm, full of integrity and highly effective!
