We have talked with many agents over the years, but Susan is the agent for you. She was a delight to work with while selling my mother's house. After a brief discussion over the phone, she met us at the house to tour it and give advice on what repairs/updates needed to be done prior to listing. She made the listing process very easy and worked with an excellent photographer to get the house listed. She was very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and provided solid guidance and advice on what to list the house at to maximize our properties potential while selling the house quickly. When offers came in she was very prompt and responsive just as you would expect from a successful agent. Again, she provided good feedback on the offer and suggestions on what terms we might want to consider in a counteroffer.
