Susan assisted in the sale of 9+ acres of farmland to a residential home developer.  With several starts/stops and many regulatory approvals the deal was completed in December 2021.  Susan participated in every aspect of the process.  She proved to be risk conscious with a focus of protecting the rights of the seller and having all decisions documented in writing whether it be with the buyer/developer or their attorney.  Susan offered her professional guidance throughout the entire process and never took the easy path.  I have known Susan 30 years and would recommend her without hesitation.  Disclosure: Susan is my sister-in-law and 1/3 owner of the property sold in this review.
